Logistics Park Cedar Rapids
Located within 300 miles of major Midwestern metropolitan areas like Kansas City, Chicago, Minneapolis, Omaha and St. Louis, this public, food grade-certified warehouse site has the unique ability to serve freight movements, transloading and storage via truck and rail. The facility was built in 2021 with four railcar bays and 39 sealed loading dock bays, 259,000 square feet of ambient warehouse space, a certified truck scale, plus secure outdoor storage and laydown space.
Logistics Park Dubuque
Located on the banks of the Mississippi River and centrally located on the Iowa-Illinois border, this site has river port and barge access as well as convenient rail access to Chicago and Omaha. Logistics Park Dubuque boasts 250,000 square feet of inside storage and specializes in unloading, storing, and loading dry bulk commodities to and from barge, rail, and truck.
