The client
A Midwestern, family-owned printing operation has been in business for over 50 years. It serves customers throughout the United States from one location that handles all pre-press, press, bindery, and letterpress services.
 
The challenge
Massive rolls of paper constantly flow into this client’s facility; how that paper exits—as flyers, wrapping paper, and envelopes, to name a few possibilities—and where it goes from there is a constant question. For more than a dozen years, Travero has helped make sure each outbound load moves reliably, no matter where it’s going, and our team’s diligence in addressing each need as it arises has made us the provider of choice.
 
With about six loads per week, we help move products to customers and end-users and, in some cases, transfer product to the client’s storage facility. And when the need arises, we’ve jumped in to move paper rolls from the supplier to the client.
 
The white-glove service our team provides to every client includes, in this case, extra attention to detail like coordinating driver-assist loads, renting a forklift or pallet jack to unload at the receiver’s location because there’s no dock on site, and the constant communication the client prefers.
