Travero's story starts in 1904, when CRANDIC Rail commenced operations as an interurban railroad in the Midwest. More than 120 years later, that same problem-solving DNA runs through everything we do. We've built on that foundation by expanding into freight brokerage more than 20 years ago, along with warehousing and transloading, to become a full-service logistics company that manages your supply chain through a single relationship.
Today, what's grown is the capability. We've expanded from roots on the rail into a full-service logistics company serving customers across 20+ states: freight brokerage, warehousing, transloading and CRANDIC Rail, backed by 8,000 vetted carriers and a team whose customer relationships are measured in years, not months.

She brings a strong operational foundation, a clear strategic vision, and a genuine understanding of what customers need from a logistics partner. Under her leadership, Travero has broadened its capabilities and deepened its service offering, growing the business while keeping the relationships that made it.
Before Travero, Lisha served as Regional Director of Operations at Alliant Energy, Travero's parent company.
Dee joined Travero in 2021 as Director of Operations, leading the operations teams across CRANDIC Rail, Logistics Park Dubuque, Travero Logistics, and Logistics Park Cedar Rapids.
Before Travero, Dee spent more than 20 years at Alliant Energy, leading departments including Fleet, Gas and Electric Engineering, and Distribution Systems Operations. She brings the same operational discipline to Travero's full logistics network.
